Should your order arrive with damages or packing errors, please email us at email@example.com and provide the order number, your name, a description of the problem, and photos of your order/damages and the box as received. Damage/Error claims must be received within 48 hours of package delivery.
Damages and errors are evaluated on a case by case basis. We strive to always have happy customers and fabulous outcomes when these unfortunate circumstances arise. Upon review of your situation and photos, we will either ship replacement product or provide a refund for damaged product.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address on the order, we will contact you and arrange to reschedule your shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please verify accuracy of your address when placing your order.
