Tintable Glaze can be customized with any of our 54 resin paint colors, giving you the ability to create a glaze that's perfectly matched - or intentionally contrasted - to your project. It's a great option when you have a very specific look in mind or want to create a glaze color that isn't available as one of our premixed options.

Create Your Own Custom Glaze

Choose the Rethunk Junk resin paint color you want to use as your tint and simply mix about 2 spoonfuls of paint into an 8oz Tintable Glaze to create your own custom color. Match your glaze to your paint color for a subtle, layered finish, or choose a contrasting color to make the details really stand out.

There's no need to settle for a glaze color that's almost right.

How to Use Tintable Glaze

Once you've created your custom glaze, use it just like our premixed glazes:

1. Work the glaze into carvings, crevices, edges, and trim.
2. Wipe it back with a dampened cloth until you get the look you want.
3. Let it dry.
4. Add another layer if you want more color or depth.

Too much? Wipe it back or paint right over it.
Not enough? Let it dry and add more.
